Wuyuan County, a county under the jurisdiction of Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, between longitude 117°21′56.6″-118°12′13.7″E and latitude 29°01′43.3″-29°34′39.3″N, with a total area of 2,967.78 square kilometers. Wuyuan County is located in the central subtropical zone, with the characteristics of East Asian monsoon zone, mild climate, abundant rainfall, shorter frost period, and four distinct seasons. In 2022, Wuyuan County realizes a regional GDP of 16.573 billion yuan, an increase of 4.5% according to comparable prices. Among them, the primary industry added value of 1.256 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8%; the second industry added value of 3.959 billion yuan, an increase of 1.6%; the third industry added value of 11.358 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5%. The contribution rate of the three industries to the economic growth was 7.0%, 8.4% and 84.6% respectively. The structure of the three industries was adjusted to 7.6:23.9:68.5, and the proportion of the tertiary industry increased by 0.6 percentage points compared with 2021.
