Park Overview
The Shangrao High-Tech Industrial Park was established in December 1996 (formerly known as the Lulin Industrial Park). It was renamed the Guangfeng Industrial Park in May 2006 and the Guangfeng Economic Development Zone in December 2014. In December 2016, it was approved by the provincial government as a provincial-level development zone and renamed the Shangrao High-Tech Industrial Park.The approved planning area is 8 square kilometers, and a new round of park restructuring and expansion has been launched, with the area expected to be adjusted to 11 square kilometers. Currently, the built-up area is approximately 13 square kilometers, forming a “One Zone, Three Parks” development pattern, namely the Luyang Industrial Park, Xinjiang Industrial Park, and Electronic Information Industrial Park. There are a total of 467 enterprises within the park, including 219 industrial enterprises above designated size.In 2023, the park achieved operating revenue of 52.85 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%; total profit reached 3.72 billion yuan, up 26.5% year-on-year; fixed-asset investment in industry amounted to 3.76 billion yuan, a 25.8% year-on-year increase; industrial value-added grew by 14.4% year-on-year; and industrial electricity consumption stood at 1.29 billion kilowatt-hours.The park has been rated “Excellent” in the provincial-level comprehensive evaluation of development zones for two consecutive years and has received numerous honors, including Provincial Key Industrial Park, Provincial Class-I Park, Provincial Private Technology Park, Provincial Advanced Industrial Park, Provincial Digital Economy Cluster, and Demonstration Park for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization.
