Changle Town, belonging to Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, is centered at 31°55′54″N latitude and 121°14′49″E longitude. Located in the central part of Haimen District, it is formed by the merger of the former Changle Township, Qilin Township and Pingshan Township. It is adjacent to Yuelai Town in the east, Sanfang Industrial Park (Sanfang Street) in the south, Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone (Haimen Street) in the southwest, Jieshiqiao Home Textile Industrial Park (Sanxing Town) in the west, and Sijia Town in the north; the town has a total area of 98.13 square kilometers (2017), with a cultivated area of 4,766 hectares. in 2014.
