The Yangtze River Delta Drug Innovation Center is being developed by Nantong Kaiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hairun Urban Development Group. The project is located at No. 11 Linjiang Avenue, Haimen District, Nantong City, with a total land area of approximately 82,300 square meters and a total floor area of approximately 92,700 square meters.The park features an island-style, clustered modular layout and is planned to include 15 production buildings and one Class A warehouse. Building ceiling heights range from 5.1 to 6.5 meters, with a floor load capacity of 7.0 kN/m² and a fire safety rating of Class CII. The goal is to create a modern industrial park that integrates R&D, pilot production, and manufacturing.
Leveraging Haimen District’s “3+2” industrial system, the park focuses on core industries such as life sciences and health, biopharmaceuticals, and smart manufacturing. It is committed to building an industrial ecosystem that integrates business incubation, park operations, and financial services. To date, it has attracted high-quality enterprises such as Huiju Pharmaceuticals and Sose Medical to establish operations there.
