The culture of Ringshui belongs to Jianghuai culture, and the people of Ringshui belong to the Huaiyang folk system and use the official language of Jianghuai.On April 12, 2018, the China Tianhan Research Association awarded Ringshui County the title of "the hometown of China's small opera art". In 2020, the Gross Regional Product of Lingshui County will be 40.574 billion yuan, an increase of 6.1% over the previous year at comparable prices.
