Bin County, belongs to Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. Bin County is located in the south of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Fangzheng County, Yanshou County and Shangzhi City to the southeast by the Watershed Ridge, Bayan County, Mulan County and Tonghe County to the north across the Songhua River, and neighboring Acheng District to the west by the Gifuktu River.
