Pingfang Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southern part of Bin County, the northern foot of Daqing Mountain, bordering Sanbao Township in the east, connected with Songfengshan Township of Acheng District, Harbin City in the south, and adjoining Binzhou Township in the west and north.In 2018, the area was 235.88 square kilometers, with a household population of 23,933 people.
