Hanzhuang Township, belonging to Wuyi County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Wuyi County, neighboring Fucheng Township, Fucheng County, and Xixindian Township, Botou City, in the east, Qiaotou Township, in the south, Zhaoqiao Township, Zhaoqiao Township and Doucun Township, Wuqiang County, in the west, and Fuzhen Township, Botou City, in the north, with a regional area of 105.22 square kilometers, and, as of 2018, a household registration population of 40,106 people. In 1949, it belonged to Zhaoqiao District. in January 1957, Hanzhuang Township was established. in July 1958, it belonged to Zhaoqiao Commune. in July 1961, it was analyzed and Hanzhuang Commune was established. in January 1984, it was changed to Hanzhuang Township. in December 1990, Hanzhuang Township was changed to a township. in January 1996, Mahuitai Township was merged into the township. As of June 2020, Hanzhuang Township has 65 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. In 2018, Hanzhuang Township had 13 industrial enterprises and 4 general stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
