Santai Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Anxin County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, hosted by Xiong'an New Area, is located in the 9.11 km northwestern part of Anxin County, adjacent to Anxin County Town in the east, Anzhou Town in the south, and Hailongkou Village in Rongcheng County in the west and Rongcheng County in the north. The jurisdiction has a maximum distance of 10.5 km from east to west and 11.75 km from north to south, with a total area of 56 square kilometers and a total household population of 34,670 (2018). During the Warring States period, the town of Santai was the border between the states of Yan and Zhao, and Zhao built three high platforms for military parades in the territory of Santai, so it was called Santai.In 1953, the township of Santai was built.In 1989, it was reorganized into the town of Santai. As of October 2019, Santai Town has 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the town's people's government heading to the village of Affirmation Pavilion.
