The Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park is oriented to the integrated development of "port, production and park", covering an area of 7,950 acres, of which 5,229 acres have been developed and utilized. After more than 10 years of development, the industrial park has formed a complete chain, supporting the complete import of logs, port handling, warehousing and logistics, licensing agency, fumigation, drying, trade, primary processing, deep processing, home manufacturing, wood waste comprehensive utilization of modern industrial clusters, the product coverage of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and North China, Northeast, Northwest China, and exported to Japan and South Korea and other countries.

The park has 81 standard steel structure production workshops of various kinds of large, medium and small, each with a building area of 3614.25 square meters to 21,633 square meters, with a minimum length of 81.5 meters and a maximum length of 297 meters for east and west of the workshop; a minimum width of 30.5 meters and a maximum width of 57 meters for north and south of the building; a minimum building height of 8.72 meters and a maximum building height of 9.60 meters; the project is a Class C Workshop; building classification is single-story industrial building; fire-resistant grade is Grade II; lightning protection grade 3. The park is equipped with a total of 13 transformers, single capacity 500-1250KVA, production and living, water and electricity free, independent, safe and reliable.

Supporting offices, dormitories, canteens, restaurants, bathrooms, supermarkets, clinics, car washes, charging piles, heating, water and electricity, and other public facilities, to provide high-quality and perfect property services for upstream and downstream customers.
