Xincheng Town, belongs to Gaobeidian City, Baoding City, Hebei Province. Located in the southeastern part of Gaobeidian City, it is bordered by Xinqiao Town in the east, Sizhuang Town in the southeast, Dongmaying Town in the south, Liangjiaying Town in the west and Fangguan Town in the north.
