Dingzhou City, north city, belonging to Hebei Province, Baoding City, Dingzhou City, is located in the northern part of Dingzhou City, east of Daluzhuang Township, south of the south city streets, west of the west city streets, north of the Tang River and the Xijiazhuang, the jurisdiction of the east and west of the maximum distance of 6.4 kilometers, north and south of 7.5 kilometers, with a total area of 40.2 square kilometers.
In 1953, it belonged to Chengguan Township Shengstun Township. 1961, it was restored as Shengstun Commune. 1984, it was changed to Shengstun Township. 1986, it was reorganized as Beicheng District Street. As of June 2020, Beicheng District Street has 21 neighborhood committees and 3 village committees under its jurisdiction, and the street office is located in Plague Temple Street. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Beicheng District Street was 116 million yuan; the total financial income was 5.877 million yuan, an increase of 3% over the previous year.
