Wangfu Town, belonging to Dianbai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province, is located in the northeastern part of Dianbai District, bordering Xinxu Town, Yangxi County, to the east, adjoining Matta Town and Guanzhu Town to the south, facing Shalang Town to the west, and relying on Luokeng Town to the north, with an administrative area of 95.33 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Wangfu Town has a household population of 45,706. During the Sui and Tang dynasties, it was the southern border of Dianbai County.In April 1987, the district was abolished and Wangfu Township was established.In May 1988, the township was abolished and Wangfu Township was established.
