Luoyuan County, belongs to Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Located in the northeastern coast of Fujian Province, south of Lianjiang County, southwest of Jin'an District, Minhou County, northwest of Gutian County, north of Ningde City, east across the sea with Xiapu Dongchong Peninsula.
