Bili Township, belonging to Luoyuan County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, is located in the southeastern part of Luoyuan County, the north shore of Luoyuan Bay, east of Luoyuan Bay, west of Songshan Township, south of Lianjiang County, Mabi, Kengyuan 2 towns across the Bay of Luoyuan, and north of Jianjiang Township. The administrative area is 100.68 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Bili Township has a household population of 25,739.
During the Republic of China (R.O.C.) period, it belonged to the Second District (Songshan District).In 1958, Bili Commune was established.In September 1984, it was changed to Bili Township. As of October 2021, there are 12 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Bili Commune. The People's Government of the commune is located at No. 23 Hang Ha Street, Bili Village.
