Anlan Town is located in the south of Banan District. It has an area of 122.42 square kilometers and a population of 40,000 (2002). Anlan Town is located in the southwestern part of Banan District, Chongqing, with the site of Anlan Field (also known as Yimpo Field), 24 kilometers away from Yudong, the seat of the district government. It is bordered by Jumping Stone Town in the east, Qijiang County in the south, Jiangjin City in the west, and Yipin Town in the north.
