Ziba Street, belonging to Panlong District, Kunming, Yunnan Province, is located in the northwestern part of Panlong District, adjacent to Longquan Street in the southeast, bordering with Hongyun Street of Wuhua District in the southwest, bordering with Shalang Township of Wuhua District in the northwest, and connecting with Songhua Street in the northeast, with a distance of 3.7 km from the People's Government of Panlong District, with a maximum distance of 4.4 km from the east to west, and a maximum distance of 9 km from the north to south, and with a total area of 38 square kilometers. Before 1981, it belonged to Longquan Township, Guandu District, Kunming; in July 2004, the former Tshiba Township of Guandu District was transferred to Panlong District and changed to Tshiba Street.
