Celle Town, belonging to Celle County, Hotan Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is the county people's government, located in the central part of the county, adjacent to Yutian County in the east, connected to Chaha Township in the south, connected to Lopu and Hotan Counties in the west, and bordering Celle Township in the north.In 2018, the area was 263 square kilometers, with a household population of 32,936 people.
In 1944 (the 33rd year of the Republic of China), Celle Township was Wuguan Township to the east of the dry canal, and Sanmin Township to the west.In 1949, it was reorganized into the first and second districts.In 1957, the districts were merged to build Celle Township.In 1984, 9 villagers' committees and 14 natural villages were assigned to Celle Township from Celle Township. As of October 2019, Celle Township has 12 communities and 11 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
