Jianchang Road Street, belonging to Tianjin Hebei District, is located in the northeastern part of Hebei District, east of Dongli District, Jinzhong Street, south to the center line of Jinzhonghe Street, west to the center line of Hongxing Road, Yuhong Road, north of Yixingbu Town, Beichen District, across the Xinkai River, 4.5 km from the People's Government of Hebei District, with a total area of 5.33 square kilometers.
