Guanxian County is located in the northwest border of Shanxi Province, in the Yellow River south into the intersection of Jin. The biotouguan and ningwuguan, yanmenguan together known as the Chinese three passes, is the Ming dynasty long wall outside the first of the three passes, biotouguan for the "three jin of the screen" "jin north of the lock and key".
