The Shenchi Modern Agricultural Industrial Demonstration Zone was established on April 10, 2020, with the approval of the provincial government. Its primary industries are organic early-harvested grains and agricultural product processing. The zone covers a total planned area of 120 square kilometers and is organized into a "One Core, Two Zones" layout: the "Core Zone" spans 0.22 square kilometers, the "Organic Early-Harvested Grains Zone" covers 80 square kilometers, and the "Science and Technology Innovation Development Zone" spans 39.72 square kilometers.Currently, 20 enterprises have settled in the zone, covering industries such as coarse grains, flaxseed oil (sesame oil), sea buckthorn beverages, Chinese medicinal materials, and mutton production and processing, with the agricultural and livestock product industry cluster beginning to take shape.
The demonstration zone has registered the “Linghuo Shenchi” regional public brand and awarded certification to 11 enterprises, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. The “Shenchi Mustard” trademark has been approved by the National Intellectual Property Administration, and Tianmu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.’s “Highland Ginseng Sheep” mutton has been selected for the “Jin Meat” series under the “Organic Early Crops · Jinpin” brand.
