Established in December 1996, Lingyun Road Street covers an area of 3.58 square kilometers from Old Humin Road and Guilin South Road in the east to Hongmei South Road in the west, across the Dianpu River in the south and bounded by Humin Road in the north. Lingyun Road Street is a population-introducing residential community with 104,000 residents, of which 90,200 are household residents, 13,200 are foreigners (excluding foreigners), 565 are foreigners, and the population density is nearly 28,700 people per square kilometer. There are 1,195 community units. There are 28 neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction.
