Xiayang Street is located in the western suburbs of Shanghai, 17 kilometers from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. The administrative jurisdiction of the former Qingpu town outside the Qingsong Highway (urban section of Qingan Road, Qingsong Road) to the east and south of the Dianpu River, east of Zhaoxiang Town, south of Songjiang Sheshan, west of Zhujiajiao Town, Yingpu Street, and north of Chonggu Town.
