Chonggu Town belongs to Shanghai Qingpu District, east of Fengxi, south of Zhaoxiang, west of Xianghuaqiao, north of Baihe and other towns, 15 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport, 9 kilometers from the center of the Qingpu area. Under the jurisdiction of 8 administrative villages, 2 communities, with a total area of 24 square kilometers, including 12.17 square kilometers of arable land. In the early Song Dynasty, it was called Ku Village, and after the establishment, it was changed to the present name.In 2014, Chonggu Town realized a gross domestic product (GDP) of 3.42 billion yuan, an increase of 3% compared with that of 2013.
