Quyang Road Street is located in the northeastern part of Hongkou District, Shanghai, starting from Miyun Road and Jomatang in the east, connecting with Shajing Harbor in the west, Dalian Road in the south, and Wenshui Road and Handan Road in the north, with an area of 3.05 square kilometers. The resident population is 104,888, the number of households is 26,335, and the natural population growth rate is -0.58‰. There are 26 residents' committees and 1809 residents' groups in the district. 1997, Quyang became one of the first civilized communities in Shanghai, and in 2002, it was identified by the Central Civilization Office and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China as a national demonstration site for the creation of a civilized community, and a demonstration street for the construction of community in Shanghai.
