Nanhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Lushan City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, is located in the eastern part of Lushan City, neighboring Xiaoguan Town of Wendeng City in the east, bordering the Yellow Sea in the south, relying on Dagushan and Xujia Towns in the west, and bordering with Fengjia Town in the north, with an area of 89.33 square kilometers in the administrative area. Nanhuang Town was originally the tenth district of Muping County; in 1950, it belonged to the fourth district of Lushan County; in March 1984, it was set up as Nanhuang Town. As of the end of 2018, Nanhuang Town had a household population of 24,544. As of June 2020, Nanhuang Town has 33 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
