Anxing Town, belonging to Mudan District, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the northeastern part of Mudan District, neighboring Shatu Town in the east, bordering Huangzhen Township in the south, adjoining Dushi Township in the west, and connecting with Hujizhen in the north. The area is 60.16 square kilometers.In 2018, the household population was 51,600. In 1958, Anxing and Longfeng townships were merged and Xuguang commune was established.In 1959, the name was changed to Anxing commune.In December 1983, when the commune was abolished to build a township, the name was changed to Anxing township.In June 2020, 31 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Anxing township.
