Changxingji Township, belonging to Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the southwestern part of Dongming County, the Yellow River beach area, bordering Liu Lou Township in the east, neighboring Jiao Yuan Township in the south, looking across the Yellow River to Changyuan County, Xinxiang City in the west, and connecting with Shawo Township in the north.
