Dongming County, belongs to Heze City, Shandong Province. Located in the southwest of Shandong Province, the western part of Heze City, located in the Yellow-Huaikai Plain, belongs to the temperate continental semi-humid monsoon climate, east of the Mudan District, southeast of the border with Cao County, south of the border with Kaifeng City, Henan Province, Lankao County, the west and north of the Yellow River, and Xinxiang City, Henan Province, Changguan City, Puyang City, Puyang County, with a total area of 1,370 square kilometers.
