Wendeng District, part of Weihai City, Shandong Province, China, is located in the eastern part of the Shandong Peninsula, centered between approximately 36°52'~37°23' and 121°43'~122°19' east longitude. The total area is 1,364 square kilometers.At the end of 2021, Wendeng District had a total household population of 520,604.
