Yantan District, belonging to Zigong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southern part of the Sichuan Basin and the southern part of Zigong City, between latitude 29°23′19″~29°67′53″N and longitude 104°40′42″~105°58′0″E. It is connected with Fushun County in the east and adjoins Ziliujing District in the west. It is connected with Fushun County in the east, adjacent to Ziliujing District in the west, bordering with Yibin City in the south and Da'an District in the north.
