Fucheng District, part of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the west-central part of Mianyang City, on the west bank of the Fuling River. It is surrounded by the city's Anzhou District, Jiangyou City, Youxian District, Santai County and Zhongjiang County and Luojiang District in Deyang City. The total area is 554.47 square kilometers. As of October 2022, Fucheng District has seven streets and six towns under its jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of China's largest unearthed money tree, the Han Dynasty bronze horse, the earliest Han Dynasty bronze Buddha, human meridian model and the most wonderful rapping figurines of five national cultural relics are known as the "Mianyang five best". "Nanyang Zhuge Lu, Xishu Ziyun Pavilion" famous Xishu Ziyun Pavilion, located in the territory of Xishan Park. Known as the "ancient article four" "Tang and Song prose eight" one of the Northern Song Dynasty statesman, writer Ouyang Xiu, in August 1, 1007 (Northern Song Dynasty Jingde four years June 21) was born in Mianzhou (now Fucheng District).
