Badu Township, belonging to Dazhu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northeastern part of Dazhu County, east of Liangping District and Dianjiang County, south of Gaoming Township, west of Zhoujia Township, north of Beiba Township, with an administrative area of 54 square kilometers.
During the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to Tangqu County of Ba County; in March 1984, the commune was changed to Badu Township. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Badu Township was 13,110. As of June 2020, Badu Township has 1 community and 4 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located in the street of the field town.
