Caiba Town, belonging to Cuiping District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwestern part of Cuiping District on the right bank of the Minjiang River, bordering Xijiao Street in the east, Baxi Town, Xuzhou District in the south, Xijie Town, Xuzhou District in the west, and bounded by the Minjiang River in the north, with an area of 46.62 square kilometers of administrative area. During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Yibin County of Xuzhou Prefecture; in September 1992, the 2 townships of Caiba and Liangshuijing were merged into Caiba Town.
