Liduan Town, belonging to Sichuan Province, Yibin City, Cuiping District, is located in the southern part of Cuiping District, east of Muping Town, Changning County, Changning County, south of Changning Town, bordering Changning County, west of Sanyuan Township, north of Shengtian Township, Gao County, with an administrative area of 53.86 square kilometers. During the Republic of China period, it belonged to Xuzhou Prefecture; in 1992, it merged with Yunding and Liduan 2 townships to form Liduan Township, which belongs to Cuiping District of Yibin City. As of the end of 2019, Liduan Township had a household population of 31,276. As of June 2020, Liduan Township has 8 communities and 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township's people's government stationed in Cuinan Community.In July 2020, the National Society for Aid and Health (NSAH) decided to name Liduan Township as a national health township for the 2017-2019 cycle.
