Yadong Town, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hulunbeier City Arong Banner, is located in the eastern part of the Arong Banner, east and Moli Dawa Daur Autonomous Autonomous Region Banner, Baoshan Town as a neighbor, the south and the town of Liuhuo, the west and the Chabachi Ewenki Township adjacent to the north and the Deliqi'er Ewenki National Township border, 60 km from the Arong Banner Government, the total administrative area of 586.89 square kilometers. In 1956, Gheni District was set up around Yadong Town; in 1984, it was changed from Gheni Commune to Yadong Town.
