Baimiancheng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changtu County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwestern part of Changtu County, east of Ping'anbao Town, south of Dawa Town and Chaoyang Town, and north of Liushu County, Jilin Province, with an administrative area of 137.4 square kilometers.
During the Jin Dynasty, it belonged to Liuhe County.In October 1988, Baimian Township merged with Baimian Township to become Baimian Township. As of the end of 2018, there were 18,405 householders in Baimian Town. As of June 2020, there are 2 communities and 23 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Baimian Township, and another 2 village-level units.
