Yinzhou District, part of Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northern part of Liaoning Province, on the east bank of the middle reaches of the Liao River, surrounded by Tieling County, with a total area of 178 square kilometers.In 2022, Yinzhou District had a total population (household population) of 289,200. As of 2020, Yinchou District has 7 streets and 1 township under its jurisdiction. The district government is located at No. 15, Shifu Road. In 1979, the analysis of Tieling County established Tieling City (county-level). 1984, the abolition of Tieling District, the establishment of prefecture-level Tieling City, the former Tieling City renamed Yinzhou District. It has a continental monsoon climate in the north temperate zone. Temperatures are divided into four seasons, with a large annual temperature difference. It was selected as one of the first Liaoning Province new smart city construction pilot. In 2022, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Yinzhou District was 10.240 billion yuan, an increase of 3.4% over the previous year.
