Sujiatun District is part of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, located on the south bank of the Hun River, 10 km from the center of Shenyang City, under the jurisdiction of 12 streets, with a total administrative area of 782 square kilometers. According to the seventh population census data, as of 00:00 on November 1, 2020, the resident population of Sujiatun District was 524,336 people.
Sujiatun District is a sub-city in the south of Shenyang approved by the State Council, and is a strategic gateway for the regional center city of Shenyang to connect to the central Liaoning urban agglomeration. There are many tourist attractions in Sujiatun District, such as Shenyang Water Cave, Baiqingzhai Scenic Area and Shenyang Equestrian Sports Center.
