Chengbei Street, belonging to Hailing District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the northern part of Hailing District, east to Zhibao River and the east of the city adjacent to the street, south to the north of the river and the city streets connected to the street, the west to the Halting River and the west of the city streets junction, north of the east of the street borders, a total area of 3.5 square kilometers.At the end of 2011, the city streets of the north of the total population of 39,500 people.
