Torch Street, belonging to Saltu District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the eastern part of Saltu District, east of the border with the 301 National Highway; south of Dongfeng Street, Fuchang Street is connected; west of the street with the embrace of the military street, Youyi Street, adjacent to the north of the border with the Chunlei Agricultural Development Corporation; Torch Street, the administrative region covers an area of 53.79 square kilometers, as at the end of 2011, Torch Street, with a total population of 14.8 million people. In 1981, Torch Street was established.
