Luoning County, formerly known as Yongning County, belongs to Luoyang City, Henan Province, located in the western mountainous area of Henan Province, the middle and upper reaches of the Luo River, with a total area of 2,306 square kilometers. It is a typical mountainous agricultural and forestry county, with seven mountains and two loess plateaus and one river. As of the end of 2022, Luoning County had a resident population of 374,000 people. As of November 2022, Luoning County has 1 street, 11 towns and 6 townships under its jurisdiction, with the People's Government of Luoning County stationed at No. 136 Xingning Middle Road, Yongning Street.
