Xifuji Township, belonging to Daming County, Handan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Daming County, neighboring Fukan Township, Nanle County, Henan Province in the east, Hanzhang Township, Nanle County, Henan Province in the south, Gujinlou Township, Nanle County, Henan Province in the west, and bordering with Datou Township in the north. The area under its jurisdiction is 54.4 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Xifuji Township was 52,234. In 1953, it belonged to the seventh district of Da Ming County, and in 1958, it was the Maling Management District of Shukan Commune, and in 1961, it was separated and established as Maling Commune, and in 1982, its name was changed to Xifuzhi Commune, and in 1984, it was reorganized as Xifuzhi Township, which was annexed by Baozhuang Township in 1996. As of June 2020, Xifuji Township has 36 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located in Xifuji Village.
