Laozhi Township, belonging to Daming County, Handan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Daming County, bordering Longwangmiao Township in the east, Damacun Township, Nanle County, Henan Province, in the south, neighboring West Weizhuang Township in the west, Daming Township in the northwest, and adjoining Main Street Township in the north. The area of the jurisdiction is 58.5 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Old Rule Township was 53,256.
