Hejian City, ancient name of Hejian, Yingzhou, Hebei Province, county-level city, in October 1990, the county set up a city, by the Cangzhou City, is located in the south-central Hebei Province, northwestern Cangzhou City, 78 kilometers from Cangzhou City. The geomorphology of Hetao City is a lakeside alluvial plain, with the terrain gradually decreasing from southwest to northeast, and the terrain is open and flat.
