Dongguang County, belonging to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southern part of Cangzhou City, between longitude 116°28′~116°53′ east and latitude 37°44′~38°02′ north. The county has a warm temperate semi-temperate continental monsoon climate.
