Fuzhen Town, belonging to Botou City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Botou City, connected with Siying Town in the east, neighboring Xixindian Township in the south and west, and bordering Chenzhuang Township, Xian County in the north, with a total area of 78.18 square kilometers.
In the third year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty (1911), Fuzhen Township was the fifth township of Jiaoxie County; on July 20, 1984, it was changed to Fuzhen Township; in 1996, Zhangwangtun Township was merged into Fuzhen Township; as of the end of 2018, Fuzhen Township had a household population of 38,023; as of June 2020, Fuzhen Township was governed by 41 administrative villages; the People's Government was stationed in Fuzhen Village.
