Waishang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shunping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeastern part of Shunping County, bordering with Mancheng District, Baoding City, to the east and north, neighboring with Gaoqiopu Town to the south, and bordering with Pushang Town to the west.
