Recently, GuChuan United signed a委托招商 cooperation agreement with the Shunping Economic Development Zone to compile an industrial investment map for the zone. Shunping County is located in the west-central part of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains, and on the western outskirts of the ancient city of Baoding, situated within the hinterland of the Beijing-Tianjin-Shijiazhuang triangle.

The Shunping Economic Development Zone is situated near the exits of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway and the Baoding-Fuping Expressway. It primarily serves as a destination for industrial relocation from Beijing, Tianjin, and Baoding, gradually emerging as the core zone for industrial relocation in Baoding and a hub for emerging industries.

In accordance with the "One Zone, Four Parks" development plan, the Economic Development Zone comprises the North Park, South Park, Yaoshan Industrial Park, and the Plastic Circular Economy Park. Through this collaboration, the Guichuan Industrial Research Institute will develop a visual investment promotion tool—the Industrial Investment Attraction Atlas—centered on the leading and distinctive industries of the Shunping Economic Development Zone.

Combining regional market scale and industrial development trends, the Investment Attraction Atlas maps out clear investment pathways along the industrial chain by focusing on key links and technologies within priority industries. Coupled with a list of investment targets, it helps investment promotion staff quickly understand issues such as industrial distribution patterns and the characteristics of leading enterprises, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of their subsequent investment promotion efforts.

Based on the findings of the Investment Attraction Atlas, the investment promotion team at Guchuan United will conduct targeted prospecting through resource platforms in accordance with the development needs of the Economic Development Zone. By fully leveraging the advantages of “Internet + Big Data,” they will rapidly match projects to facilitate precise government-enterprise collaboration. On June 29, Shunping County held a signing ceremony for the PPP contract and cooperation agreement regarding the new Shunping West Interchange Connector Road of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway, marking the imminent entry of the Greater North Ring Project into its substantive implementation phase. The completion of this road will strengthen transportation links between Baoding and the Xiongan New Area, promote more efficient operation of the industrial chain in the Shunping Economic Development Zone, and hold significant importance for Shunping’s better integration into the new pattern of integrated development among Beijing, Xiongan, and Baoding, as well as for fostering coordinated regional development.

Guchuan United has maintained a long-standing presence in Baoding. During its commissioned investment promotion partnership with the Baoding Shenzhen Park, Guchuan United leveraged 13 years of hands-on experience in the investment promotion sector to conduct data-driven, targeted investment promotion.
