Taiyu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Shunping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Shunping County, bordering Mancheng District to the east and north, Pushang Township to the south, and Anyang Township to the west. The jurisdiction has a maximum distance of 10.34 kilometers from east to west and 10.45 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 59.22 square kilometers.At the end of 2018, Yutai Township had a total household population of 18,652. In 1958, it belonged to Anyang Township.In 1961, it was analyzed to establish Taiyu Commune.In 1984, it was changed to Taiyu Township.
